Mobile banks in Settle
NatWest mobile van is in Whitefriars car park every Monday (except Bank Holidays) between 12 noon and 12.30pm. If you miss it, they go on to Ingleton and are in the Wheatsheaf car park 2pm until 2.30pm.
Lloyds pop up banking at the Hub
Lloyds stopped their mobile van at the end of May but from Thursday 6th June they will be doing a pop up banking service at the hub in Commercial Courtyard, 10 am-12 noon on alternate Thursdays from 6th June until at least the end of January 2025. If there is enough interest they will continue.
The Lloyds staff will not be able to handle cash or pay cheques in but can help with a range of other banking queries and get people set up with phone or online banking or how to use the Lloyds app or post office for transactions.
Barclays at the Hub
Barclays branch in Skipton closed in March but they are continuing a pop-up banking service from the Hub in Commercial Courtyard. This will continue with the existing hours until at least February next year so will be in Settle Tues-Fri 9.30am – 3.30pm.
Barclays staff will not be able to handle cash or pay cheques in but can help with a range of other banking queries and get people set up with phone or online banking or how to use the Barclays app or post office for transactions. Hub staff cannot take phone calls or messages for Barclays or Lloyds staff and if you want to talk to them you need to come in person.
